Modestas Adomaitis
Modestas has been involved in sports since the age of 12. He has tried many different branches purely out of interest, playing badminton, basketball, football and Thai Boxing at competitive levels.
He unfortunately sustained many early injuries including chronic knee pain, through which he discovered health and fitness. Modestas is passionate about expanding and growing as a fitness and wellbeing professional, role model and influencer.

Modestas’ journey started as a gym instructor. He now has a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy, and is studying for his MSc in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy. Along the way, he has qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, and Medical Acupuncturist.
His drive is to keep learning. His superior knowledge about the body allows for more specific and accurate his treatments, resulting in better client wellbeing. And this makes his soul happy!
